In April 1987, I met Mr. Moriyama for the first time for the purpose of making a photo book. The day we met, I was given a cardboard box with about 1000 photos. That day he said to me, "Please do whatever you want with it."

En avril 1987, j'ai rencontré M. Moriyama pour la première fois dans le but de faire un livre photo. Le jour de notre rencontre, une boîte en carton d'environ 1000 photos m'a été remit.
