BOOK SIGNING MEETING with Pierre-Elie De Pibrac
Pierre-Elie travels to Japan in 2020, a country that experienced the Fukushima tsunami and where the inhabitants rarely talk about their emotions, psychological and personal concerns. He then travels around the country and meets people whose destinies have been turned upside down by the earthquake.
The photographer creates portraits in a view camera, in natural light, like mental images told by the subjects themselves and imagined by the artist.
