Jesse Wallace

Born in 1991 in Paris, France. Lives and works between France and the United States.

Jesse Wallace began his artistic practice in the United States where he began photographic and sculptural work between fiction and documentary. A graduate of the ESAD in Reims in 2016, Jesse Wallace has since exhibited in France and Europe in galleries and institutions, such as the Kulturschöpfer, in Berlin (2015), the Musée Saint-Rémi in Reims (2016), the Espace Niemeyer in Paris (2020). In June 2018, Jesse Wallace co-founded an independent publishing house in Paris: First Laid. He took part in several residencies, including at the Paris Center for Cosmological Physics, in 2019 and at the Maison Louis Jardin, Le Mesnil sur Oger in 2020. He is the winner of the Maison Clermont Tonnerre scholarship, Paris Center for Cosmological 2019 and the Fresh Eyes Talent award 2020.
