Arakin Z - Sniper Shot features sensual photographs of women in nude and bondage by Araki Nobyuoshi. These so-called Sniper shots describe the unspoken relationship between the photographer and the subject. The scenes are far away from S&M imagery; the “actresses” as Araki calls the anonymous women in uncomfortable poses stare straight into the lens of the photographer.
It's easy to focus on the poetic details of the black and white imagery, the life being lived in between the shots.

Araki Nobuyoshi's work in contemporary photography is between art and pornography, Japan's one of the most controversial artists. His work has been presented all over Europe, most notably his solo exhibition in London in 2005.
