Samidzdat is the name given to publications banned during the Soviet hegemony. Translated from Russian as "self-published", his works had a real impact in all communist countries, especially in Czechoslovakia after the signing of Charter 77. The signatories of this petition suffered severe reprisals. The movement publishing samizdat had to resume their activities clandestinely, and rudimentary techniques were developed, such as the use of several carbon copies when seizing documents on a machine.
The book consists of three linked books, each with its own design, paper type and narrative.
